At Metric we seek to source decaf coffee that is as exceptional as the rest of our menu. Our export partners in Colombia have once again delivered us a coffee that meets this goal. This fruit forward cup tastes like blackberry, chocolate cake and cantaloupe. 

This natural process coffee honors Azahar’s purpose of highlighting sustainably cultivated coffees with the goal of decommodifying the system through which coffee is traded.

Los Naturales comprises several small lots across from Acevedo, Algeciras and Timaná within the southern region of Huila. It is composed of Castillo, Caturra and Pink Bourbon varieties grown between 1,620 and 1,800 meters. High altitude, varietals, and processing combine to make a uniquely fruited and sweet cup.
