Good coffee belongs as a part of the best weekend mornings and the most ideal evenings among friends and family. That’s why we are happy to share some skills and knowledge with any coffee lover who wants to learn how to achieve the perfect brew at home.

This class provides students with an understanding of the fundamental principles that apply to all coffee brewing: water, brew ratio, grind size, time, and temperature. Attendees will learn basic differences between popular brew methods (including Chemex, French Press, and more) and taste a variety of brews to learn to detect the characteristics of over- and under-extraction.

This class includes an 8 oz bag of roasters choice for each participant.
