Ethiopia Sambasa Natural is a fruity, fun natural process Guji coffee that balances red purple stone fruit notes and bouncy citrus flavors on top of a layered raw sugar base. Sambasa Natural highlights the flavors that have made natural coffees from this region a beloved favorite in the coffee world.
Small holders tend to their plots throughout the year, ensuring maximum quality through attentive farming. When ripe during the harvest season, the best chairs are hand picked and brought to the Sambasa washing station where they are fermented for up to 72 hours before being sun dried for 15 to 20 days. The resulting natural coffee is both clear and bright as well as deeply fruity and sweet.
We taste notes of ripe plumb, juicy sweet lime, and layered demerara sugar
