Camaleon is a rare natural process coffee from Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region, dried in its full cherry to intensify its bold fruit character. This microlot is a standout—one of the few natural process coffees we’ve sourced from the Vides family in our seven years of collaboration.
Executing a natural process at this level is no small feat in their growing region, yet the Vides’ expertise in climate and processing shines through. The result is a coffee bursting with ripe, punchy fruit notes and a tangy-sweet acidity. The pacamara variety’s distinct characteristics add to its richness, with a luscious mouthfeel and vibrant red fruit flavors amplified by sun-drying in full fruit.
Camaleon is a testament to both the power of process and the talent behind it. In the cup, we taste tangelo, fruit punch, and molasses—bold, complex, and unforgettable.
