This handpicked lot hails from the stunning Antigua Valley, and is grown at 1700-1800 masl. The landscape is painted with lush forestry, rolling hills, and an active volcano known as Volcán de Agua. This remarkable landscape is rife with remarkable coffees, and we are very excited to be releasing this peaberry that has notes of dark chocolate and bright acidity reminiscent of blackberries and green apple.

The Guatemala Hunapu Peaberry is brought forth by an ultra-selective and ambitious group of producers, who sort and select beans of a certain quality under the name “Hunapu.” Working through the Beneficio Bella Vista in Guatemala, these producers are aiming to break into the specialty coffee market by focusing their energies on quality over quantity. That’s what makes this peaberry so special. The quality is nothing short of spectacular, and we are proud to be supporting these farmers’ substantial efforts. We are not only investing in their boundless ambition, but also adding an incredible coffee to our repertoire.
