David Flores, a 3rd generation coffee producer, tends to 6 hectares of 100% Yellow Caturra at ell Morito (his farm in Diamante of the San Ignacio province).
David operates with a ferment tank and dryer that caps at 16 quintals (approx. 1600 lbs) per 7 days cycle. This boutique approach allows for David to be meticulous incorporating organic practices that him and his Diamante neighbors use for sustainability and forest conservation.
This particular lot, Lot 4, stood out on espresso because of its fruit forward brightness and its mouthfeel as a concentrate.

All orders are roasted on Monday through Thursday and are shipped on the same day if order is received by noon on the day the order is placed, otherwise it will ship on the following day. Orders received after Thursday will be pushed to the following roast day.
