We roast all coffees on Mondays and Wednesdays and ship coffees out on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Place your order by 12:00PM Central Time on Monday and we’ll get your order out the next day. Currently, we only ship within the US. At this time, the unfortunate combination of shipping and customs clearance for international orders would take too long to arrive in time for optimal enjoyment, as coffee is perishable. 

We currently ship via UPS, however that may change in time. We cannot guarantee the arrival time of your coffee. Once it is in the hands of the shipper, it is out of our control. We can, however, help you track your package to ensure you do receive your coffee. UPS  packages will arrive in an estimated  2 to 3 postal days after they are shipped. Unfortunately, they do not offer a guarantee. 

At this time, coffee is scheduled to be roasted, bagged, and shipped according to the above schedule as soon as the order is submitted. We cannot currently schedule shipping for a later date. 

We will refund merchandise if it is returned to us in the original packaging and if the product is unused. We do not accept returns on coffee orders. We cannot reship coffee after it ships if the incorrect shipping address was entered at the time of order, so please order carefully. 



Currently we offer free local delivery on Fridays only. As we grow, we will expand our delivery schedule to other days of the week, but currently we are only available for one day a week local delivery.
