Shipping policy

At Metric Coffee, we roast all of our coffees to order to ensure you receive the freshest product possible. Orders received by 10am CST will be processed and shipped the same day. Our production roast days are Monday through Friday.

We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. Please note that Metric Coffee is not responsible for delays, held packages, lost packages, packages returned to sender, or other shipping-related issues such as incorrect addresses or errors from the shipper.
