This coffee is part of Long Miles' Hills Quality program, a carefully constructed lot that brings together the best of what the hill produces each harvest season. Every day during harvest, lots processed at the washing station are monitored for physical and sensorial quality before being sorted by size, density, and color at the dry mill. The result is a lot that's deeply representative of the place it comes from and the community behind it.
