Composed of thoughtfully selected single origin lots from Guatemala and Costa Rica, our fall blend balances excitement and nostalgia to deliver cozy and inviting coffee. The Alvarado Sisters crisp, sweet Costa Rican lot shares its apple sweetness and refreshing body to the cup. Maria Elena and Nayo's Guatemala component brings hints of warm molasses and the richness of baked red fruit. Both halves of Crimson come from family farms, showing the power of working together and the sweet pay off of shared care.
In the cup, we tasted warm brown sugar sweetness balanced with gentle acidity of fresh fall apples and rich full acidity of pomegranate.
