Working alongside her husband, Maximiliano, Esperanza has spent years carefully cultivating Bourbon trees on their hillside farm. Their deep understanding of the land allows them to nurture each tree, ensuring it produces the ripest, most flavorful cherries. At harvest, a small team of six skilled recolectores hand-selects only the ripest cherries, which are then meticulously washed and sun-dried to preserve their vibrant character.
The result is a coffee that captivates with every sip, revealing layers of flavor. In the cup, we taste rich pomegranate, deep blood orange, and sweet clover honey—an exquisite balance of brightness and sweetness that keeps us coming back for more.
