Opened in October 2016, our Metric West Fulton Café serves as a hub in Chicago's Kinzie Industrial Corridor. It curates offerings of our seasonal, fresh-roasted coffees; local pastries by both Hewn & Spilt Milk; Time Machine's cold-pressed juices; and service from Chicago's best humans.
Our more punk personalities branched off and honed in on developing a reliable cold brewing process. It started as a simple experiment. Now, Hellion Cold Brew's a steady production of rich coldies with personality to boot.
Sourcing and roasting delicious coffees is our passion, but we know that's just the tree falling in the forest. To have our relationships make noise, we have dedicated support, sales, and education to help guide you on your trek to brewing the best coffee.
