Metric's West Town location serves as our flagship café, roastery, training center, and headquarters, nestled in Chicago's Kinzie Corridor. This vibrant area, extending west from Fulton Market, is home to a diverse mix of industries—ranging from modern manufacturing and breweries to distilleries, motorcycle builders, and artist lofts.
We’re open daily from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, offering a selection of donuts and baked goods from Brite, alongside our full menu of freshly roasted single-origin and blended coffees, cold brew, Spirit Tea, espresso, batch brew, brewing gear, and apparel.

Cafe
Officially launched on October 10th 2016, our 400 square foot walk-up cafe sits at the north-east corner of our roastery and features a glass divider to give our customers a view to production and design-wise it was partly inspired by a mix of modern industrial meets Scandinavian aesthetic tying materials such as blonde and pink colored wall and ceiling slats, walnut counter tops, glass dividers and exposed brick.
BRITE DONUTS & BAKED GOODS
Brite bakes delight and magic into their small batch donuts and baked goods. They source seasonally and locally, baking from scratch each morning and supplying our cafe daily with seasonal donuts, croissants, breakfast burritos, egg sandwiches, and morning buns.
