Now in the seventh year of our partnership with the Vides, we’re excited to have this coffee return to our menu. The overall presentation is characteristic of Huehuetenango where they have grown coffee for three generations. The bourbon in this lot lends notes of ripe apple and a sugary, candy-like sweetness, while the caturra brings a balanced body, honeyed richness, and a smooth, vibrant citrus acidity.
Don Angel shows the value of direct trade, the quality care brings to coffee, and the finest qualities of Guatemalan coffee. In the cup we taste jonagold, tangello, and honeycomb.
